Step 1
Slice pork chops into thin 1/4 inch pieces.
Step 2
Add pork and next 5 ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
Step 3
Chop green onion. Add to separate zipper bag along with remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Add chicken broth, water, and contents of pork bag to slow cooker.
Step 5
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Step 6
Drain bean sprouts. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts during the last hour.
Step 7
Toss slaw mix with sesame ginger dressing.Garnish soup with chopped green onions, if using.
