Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
Step 2
Pour water and contents of bag into slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Step 3
Shred pork with two forks and return to slow cooker to mix with juices.
Step 4
Serve with avocado slices and green salad. Serve on tortillas or lettuce cups.
