Step 1
In a large bowl, combine seasoning mix, eggs, milk and sugar, until well blended. Add bread and toss to coat.
Step 2
Pour mixture into a 6-quart slow cooker, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray (make sure to spray the sides).
Step 3
Cook for 1½ hours to 2 hours on HIGH or until top of French toast no longer looks wet. Serve warm with maple syrup, if desired.
