Step 1

Set slow cooker to HIGH for 4 hours. Add apple cider, apple juice, sliced apples, lemon, cinnamon sticks and sugars. Cook, stirring frequently. This will be the base of the moonshine. Once cooked, strain out apples and lemon slices.

Step 2

In a pint sized mason jar, add 1 cinnamon stick, 1/2 cup everclear and 1/2 cup vodka. Ladle strained moonshine base over alcohol, until almost the top of a jar. Use mason jar lid (I like the reusable ones!) to seal. Repeat until alcohol is gone (about 8-10 pints).

Step 3

Store moonshine in a cool, dark place for 30 days to finish. (Good luck waiting that long!). This will be good for up to a year!

Step 4

To serve: pour over ice or add lemon-lime pop for a cocktail.
