Step 1

Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Core the apples, peel just the top 1/2 in of the apple. (This should help the apples not split).

Step 3

Place the apples in the slow cooker.

Step 4

In a small bowl stir together the brown sugar, dried cranberries, and spices.

Step 5

Spoon into the cored apples, packing the mixture in. Sprinkle any leftover over the apples.

Step 6

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
