Step 1
Place the whole chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Add the orange juice, lime juice, garlic, ground cumin, dried oregano, chipotle powder and salt. Slow cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Step 2
Remove the chicken breasts from the slow cooker, reserving the liquid in the slow cooker, and shred with a fork. Transfer the shredded chicken to a baking sheet. Broil for 5 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned.
Step 3
Drizzle 1/2 cup of the liquid from the slow cooker over the chicken, stir through the chicken, then broil for a further 5 minutes. Repeat once more before serving.
