Step 1
Cut Onions and Bell Peppers in long strips and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker

Pour the can of Rotel Tomatoes on top
Step 3
Place the boneless Skinless Chicken Breast On Top of the mixture
Step 4
In a small bowl whisk together the fajita seasoning , lime juice, water and olive oil
Step 5
Pour the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breast
Step 6
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook
Step 7
Cook on Low for 4-6 hours or High 3-4 hours
Step 8
Once the chicken breast are done carefully remove with tongs to a cutting board
Step 9
Cut or shred meat and place it back into the slow cooker with the veggie mixture to keep warm
Step 10
Serve with warm flour Tortillas

Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days
