Place roast beef into your slow cooker.
Step 2
Pour beef consumme over roast beef.
Step 3
Cook on high 4 hours or on low 6-8 hours.
Step 4
Once roast beef has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs. Break apart lightly with two forks.
Step 5
Separate fat from beef au jus leftover in crockpot.
Step 6
Serve with buns, dip sandwiches in au jus.
