Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the tomato puree and flour until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Pour the chicken stock, heavy cream, black pepper, oregano, paprika, and chili powder into the slow cooker. Add the tomato-flour paste you prepared earlier. Whisk everything together until well combined.

Gently stir in the sliced garlic and diced sun-dried tomatoes.

Place the chicken breast cutlets into the slow cooker, ensuring they are fully submerged in the sauce. Optional: For added flavour, you can sear the chicken in a pan until golden brown before adding it to the slow cooker.

Cover the slow cooker and set it to High for 2-3 hours or Low for 4-6 hours.
