In the slow cooker, pour in all the ingredients (minus the cornstarch slurry mixture) and set to high for 3 - 4 hours or on low 5 -6 hours.

Make the cornstarch slurry by mixing the "Cornstarch Slurry" together

40 minutes before the beef tips are cooked remove the bay leaf and stir the cornstarch slurry in

Step 4

Cook on HIGH for 30-40 minutes or until the beef tips are cooked and the gravy thickens
