Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey; 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped; 1 medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and diced; 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce; 2 tablespoons tomato paste; 1 tablespoon honey; 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar; 1 tablespoon dry ground mustard; 1 teaspoon garlic powder (no salt); 1 teaspoon smoked paprika; 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt; 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper; 6 hamburger buns, for serving (optional)
