Step 1

Melt the butter or ghee.

Step 2

Pour the melted butter/ghee to a sauce pan. Add the rest of the ingredients except the almonds and salt. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Allow the Buffalo Sauce to cool a little. Then put the almonds into a zipper bag. Add the nuts and mix until they are well coated.

Step 4

Place the nuts in an aluminum pan in approximately a single layer. Use two pans in necessary.

Step 5

Add the pans of nuts to a smoked filled smoker. Smoke at 245 for 3-5 hours.
