Step 1
Heat a large pan of boiling water to cook the pasta.

Skin the mackerel and break into large flakes.

Heat the garlic and half a tablespoon of the olive oil over a medium heat in a frying pan.

When the oil is warm add in the breadcrumbs and cook until golden brown then drain on some kitchen cloth and set aside.

Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook as per the instructions noting how long the past should take to cook.

About 3 minutes before the pasta is due to be cooked heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over a medium heat.
Step 7
Throw in the chilli flakes and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 8
Then add the flaked fish, this is already cooked so just needs to be bought to a nice temperature which should take a couple of minutes.
Step 9
Drain the pasta and add to the fish and squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
Step 10
Finally when served on to the plate top with the bread crumbs, parsley and lemon rind.
