Step 1

Toast the sandwich bread and spread one side of the bread with cream cheese. Set aside half of the sandwich slices (4 slices).

Step 2

For each sandwich, add 4 cucumber slices, 2 tomato slices, 1/4 of the smoked salmon, and 1/4 of the sliced red onions on each of the 4 bread slices. Top with remaining toasted sandwich bread.

Step 3

Using a serrated knife, cut each sandwich diagonally into 4 triangular pieces. Secure each piece with a toothpick and enjoy!
