Step 1
Slice the sausages and heat a cast iron pan or a flat top griddle over high heat. Brush a thin coat of vegetable oil or cooking spray on the pan, and toss the sliced saucsage in.
Step 2
Brown for 3-5 minutes on both sides.
Step 3
Preheat your Traeger or other pellet grills to 350°. Place the browned sausages into a grill-safe container, and cover with barbecue sauce.
Step 4
Place onto the grill, uncovered, and grill for 30 minutes over indirect heat.
Step 5
Remove and serve with toothpicks to a hungry crowd.
