Step 1
Heat olive oil and garlic in a large skillet. Stir in sausage and allow to cook until browned.

Add peppers, onion, broccoli, chicken broth, and tomatoes to skillet. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

Add prepared rice to skillet. Stir to combine. Season with salt & pepper to taste and serve hot.
