Step 1
Preheat your pellet grill or smoker to 225°F.
Step 2
Put the block feta and the cream cheese into a grill-safe baking dish. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with the Greek Freak seasoning blend. Put the garlic cloves into the pan with the cheeses.
Step 3
Smoke the cheese and garlic for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the pan from the smoker and put the cheese, garlic, and the olive oil from the bottom of the pan into a blender. Pulse to combine. Add the yogurt, lemon zest, and lemon juice into the blender and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Serve with pita bread, pita chips, and sliced veggies. Also works great as a sandwich spread.
