Puree peanut butter, water, butter, garlic, chipotle, adobo sauce and salt until smooth. Pour into 2-quart baking dish. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover with foil; bake at 400 degrees F 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked (165 degrees F). Slice chicken, then drizzle with lime juice. Serve with tortillas, cilantro, and red cabbage.
