Step 1
Prep: Start by preheating the oven to 350° F. Then, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat, set it aside.

Place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. To ensure that the cookies stay chewy and soft, you will want to pull them out of the oven when the cookies are no longer glossy on the top. Do not wait until they are golden brown, the cookies will firm up as they cool.
Step 6
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve alongside a tall glass of milk and enjoy!
