Step 1
In medium bowl mix butter and sugar using Silicone Spatula until creamy.

Separately in small bowl mix sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Step 5
Use medium Portioning Scoop to portion out cookies and drop them straight into cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll until fully covered. Repeat process with all the cookie dough.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Place cookie dough in the fridge while oven warms up.
Step 7
Then bake cookies for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
