Step 1
Pour sugar on a small plate. Wet the rim of a double old-fashioned or martini glass. Dip rim of the glass in the sugar.
Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, half and half and schnapps. Cover cocktail shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds; strain into glass. (I like to add a large square ice cube, but it's optional)
