Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until you’ve reached a smooth creamy consistency.
Step 3
Pour the dough onto a baking sheet.
Step 4
Use a spatula to spread the dough evenly. It should be a very thin layer, just enough so you can’t see through to the bottom of the baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is a light golden brown.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and score squares into the dough. A plastic pizza cutter works great for this. Just be careful not to use anything that will damage your baking sheet!
Step 7
Flip the cracker-sized pieces over with a spatula and return them to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes to allow the other side to brown.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving. The crackers will become crispier once they have cooled.
Step 9
Serve or store in an airtight container.
