Preheat skillet over medium heat with coconut oil.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix together the ingredients.
Step 3
Pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter into the hot skillet.

Allow to cook through until the bubbles stop popping and no more bubbles are being produced.
Step 5
Flip and cook 1-2 more minutes.
Step 6
Place on a plate to cool before serving.
