Step 1
Defrost the meat to the point where you can cut through it and divide it between the two jars.
Step 2
Fill jars with bone broth
Step 3
Place the jars in a sous vide container and in enough water to cover the tops. Weight them down if necessary.
Step 4
Sour vide for 12 hours at 130 degrees for medium rare.
