Southern Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

(8 ounce) boxes each frozen broccoli

(10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

eggs, well beaten

cheddar cheese

mayonnaise

onion, chopped

mix everything together in a big bowl      add all  to a casserole dish   bake 40 min  at     350.

What's not to love?  You mix it up in one bowl, dump it into a baking dish and let it bake.  Couldn't be much easier.  It comes out super creamy and cheesy.... like a broccoli cheese soup in casserole form.  I thawed my broccoli in the microwave before mixing, so my broccoli was tender.
