Southern Sunrise Mimosa The stuff brunch dreams are made of! Partner a few Bakers Delight Iced Raspberry & Passionfruit Scones with a T2 take on the classic prosecco and OJ tipple. Serves 3-4 people Ingredients 6 teaspoons T2 Southern Sunrise 1 litre of orange juice, chilled 1 bottle of prosecco, chilled Prosecco glasses Orange or grapefruit wedges or rind, to garnish For a non-alcoholic option, swap the prosecco for soda water or lemonade! Method 1Place 6 teaspoons of Southern Sunrise into a T2 Teamaker or teapot. Add 450 ml of 100°C water and brew for 10-30 mins. Strain into a jug and allow to cool, then chill in the fridge. 2In a prosecco glass, half fill with a 50-50 mix of orange juice and Southern Sunrise. Vary the ratios according to your taste. 3Top with prosecco, garnish with orange or grapefruit and enjoy as you nibble on a Bakers Delight Iced Raspberry & Passionfruit Scone.
