Step 1

In a blender, combine 3/4 cup Greek yogurt with the remaining ingredients. Pulse mix until combined and cilantro is well blended.

Step 2

Transfer the dressing to a medium mixing bowl and add the remaining 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. Stir it in with a spoon until combined.
