Combine pork, wine, lemon juice, oil, garlic, oregano and paprika in a glass or ceramic bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate.

Wrap the pita in foil and place on the grill for 2-3 minutes to heat through. Place the pita on serving plates. Top with the pork skewers and tzatziki. Serve immediately.
