Ingredients: 650g sliced mushrooms; 1 small onion diced; 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped; 1 cup panko bread crumbs; 1 cup oats; 1 egg; 30g Parmesan grated; 1 tsp Rosemary; 1 tsp thyme; 1/2 salt; 1 tbsp soy sauce; Extra water/corn flour to bind if needed

Step 1

Sauté your onions in a frying pan until soft.

Step 2

Then repeat with your mushrooms and garlic.

Step 3

Add this and all other ingredients to a blender and combine into 9 equal balls.

Step 4

Bake in the oven at 415f for 15/20 mins until brown and then add to your sauce and simmer for another 10/15.
