Step 1

Cover the seaweed in a container with hot water and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Then strain it and set aside.

Step 2

Boil the spaghetti and drain when al dente. The time depends on the type of spaghetti.

Step 3

Peel and slice the garlic.

Step 4

Fry the garlic in a frying pan with the cayenne pepper. When they are almost done, add the seaweed, the vegan prawns (optional) and salt. Fry everything together for about 10 minutes.

Step 5

Add the spaghetti to the frying pan, add a little olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
