Step 1
Heat about 4 inches of oil in a heavy pan or fryer to 350°F.
Step 2
Cut the SPAM® Classic lengthwise into six slices.
Step 3
Cut each slice into 4 thick matchsticks.
Step 4
In small batches, place the fries in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp, or about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Step 5
Serve the warm fries with dipping sauces.
