Ingredients: 1 pound strawberries, sliced; 2 cups blueberries; 1 cup orange liqueur; 2 tablespoons superfine sugar; 3 oranges, sliced thin; One 750-milliliter bottle prosecco

Sparkling Sangria

In a large pitcher or drink server, combine the strawberries, blueberries, orange liqueur, sugar and oranges. Stir to combine. Top with the prosecco and ice. Serve.

I didn't want to do a  full pitcher, so I figured about a third of everything on the ingredients, since I was making just for myself to test out the recipe.  Beautiful presentation, refreshing and delicious.  Loved using the seasonal berries in the recipe.  WIll be making again for next gathering with my sangria buddies!
