Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place tenderloins on a large rimmed baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika with cumin, garlic powder, oregano and cinnamon.
Step 2
Rub pork with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle spice mixture all over pork. Roast tenderloins for about 25 minutes, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into centers registers 145°F.
Step 3
Transfer tenderloins to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice tenderloins 1/2 inch thick and serve.
