Step 1

Put 100 g Oats, 600 ml Whole milk, juice of 2 Jaffa Easy Peelers and zest of 1 Jaffa Easy Peelers, 2 tbsp Honey, 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract, 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon and 0.5 tsp Ground ginger into a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for around 5 minutes, until starting to thicken.

Step 2

Divide the porridge between two bowls and top with Raisins, Jaffa Easy Peeler slices and sunflower seeds to serve (optional).
