Spicy and Sweet Président® Baked Brie With Hot Honey and Orange Marmalade To make the hot honey: in a small pot, add the honey, apple cider vinegar and red pepper flakes. Gently warm over medium heat. Do not boil. Allow the honey to cool down and strain through a fine mesh. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Alternatively, use a small 6-inch cast iron skillet or pie pan. Unwrap brie cheese and place onto the prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until center is melted. Check with a toothpick. Remove from the oven and use the parchment paper to transfer the brie to a serving plate (or leave it in a cast iron skillet for serving). Top cheese with orange marmalade and hot honey. Serve immediately with baguette or crackers.
