Preheat grill over medium-high heat.

Combine the aioli with the two chipotle peppers in a mini food processor until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.

In a large bowl combine the ground chuck with the salt and pepper. Mix and form into 10 small patties. Grill for 4-5 minutes a side or until cooked to your liking. Just before the burgers are done, toast the buns {on both sides} and top the sliders with pepper jack cheeses {close the lid to the grill so the heat will melt the cheese}. When the buns are toasty, smear the inside of the top bun with the chipotle mayo. Place your slider onto the bottom bun and replace the top bun. Serve with onion rings and you'll be lovin' it!
