Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Prepare 16 cornbread stick pans and 16 regular muffin pans with cooking spray; set aside.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine cornbread mix, milk, onions, oil, cheese, corn, eggs, peppers, and chili powder.

Step 4

Mix until all is moistened.

Step 5

Spread batter evenly between pans.

Step 6

Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
