Spicy Greek Feta Dip (Tyrokafteri)

red bell peppers (from the jar*)

jalapeno

feta cheese (in brine) (crumbled)

tbsp plain Greek yogurt

ricotta or cream cheese

lemon juice

olive oil (extra virgin)

pepper and sea salt (to taste)

Place all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse on high until very smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper and serve with fresh bread, pita chips, or endive.
