Step 1

Cut the paneer into large pieces as shown.

Step 2

Take a bowl. Add all-purpose flour, red chili powder, green chili paste, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, and water. Mix everything. Add water gradually if needed more to get the thickness required.

Step 3

Coat the paneer pieces into the mixture. Then coat it with the bread crumbs properly.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan. Deep-fry the paneer until it turns golden brown, and the outer layer turns slightly crisp.

Step 5

Take another pan and melt butter into it. Roast the slices of burger buns into it from both sides for a minute.

Step 6

In a bowl, add ketchup, mayonnaise, and peri-peri masala. Mix it properly.

Step 7

Take the slices and spread the sauce on them. Place the cabbage, paneer and cover the other slice on it.

Step 8

Paneer Burger is ready. Enjoy it with fries and chilled drinks.
