1 Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and cook the noodles according to the package directions

2 Reserve 1/4 cup of the noodle cooking water and drain well

Step 3

3 While the pasta is cooking, in a large bowl whisk together the soy sauce, sesame paste, chile oil, sesame oil and black vinegar

Step 4

4 Add the drained noodles to the sauce, tossing to coat them well

Step 5

5 Loosen the sauce with some of the noodle cooking water, if needed

Step 6

6 Divide among serving plates, sprinkle with the scallions and sesame seeds and serve warm
