Step 1
Mix together salmon seasonings and sprinkle over each filet. Do not rub or pack the seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large pan on medium heat and sear the seasoned salmon face down for three minutes, flip and cook another three minutes, flip once more and cook covered for another three minutes.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix together all salsa ingredients.
Step 4
Toss or plate the spinach, sunflower seeds, avocado and feta. Then add the salmon and top with the mango & strawberry salad. Dress with Tessemae's honey balsamic and serve!
