Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.
Step 2
Gently fold in sprinkles.
Step 3
Place round cookie dough scoops onto a cookie sheet, and sprinkle with additional sprinkles.

Bake for 12 min.

Allow cookies to cool for approximately 20 minutes.
Step 6
Place a single scoop of Dryers Slow Churned Classic Vanilla Ice Cream on half of the cookies, top with an additional cookie. You can either serve immediately or place cookies back in the freezer to set.
