Step 1

Heat the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 tablespoon) in a skillet over medium heat. Add Garlic (2 clove) and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.

Step 2

Add the Pickled Jalapeño Pepper (1/2 cup), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cook for another 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the Canned Diced Tomatoes (15 ounce) and cook until mixture is heated through.

Step 4

Add the Spaghetti (4 cup) and cook until the noodles are soft. Serve warm!
