Step 1
Combine the sriracha or chilli sauce, half the lime zest and 2 tbs of the lime juice in a small bowl.
Step 2
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the broccolini, in 2 batches, for 2 mins each side or until charred and just tender. Cover with foil to keep warm.
Step 3
Add the salmon to the pan and cook for 3 mins each side for medium. Pour over the lime juice mixture and turn to coat. Cook for 1 min or until the salmon is caramelised.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the rice following packet directions.
Step 5
Divide salmon, rice and broccolini among serving plates. Drizzle with pan juices and sprinkle with sesame seeds and remaining lime zest.
