FIRST STEP:In a small bowl combine the sour cream, Old fashioned mustard, finely grated garlic and the salt and pepper. Stir to combine well. Refrigerate until ready to serve

In a large, heavy skillet, pour 1 tbsp Olive Oil and heat over medium high heat

SECOND STEP:Cube the steak pieces into 1 inch cubes

When oil is hot, add the steak and season with salt and pepper to taste

THIRD STEP:Sear evenly on all sides of the steak bites, this should be done in batches so there is no overcrowding.

Reduce the heat to low medium, add in the butter and the garlic

FOURTH STEP:Cook for 2 minutes, stirring to coat the steak bites evenly

Place the steak bites on a plate with a toothpick placed in the center of the top of each bite.

FIFTH STEP:Serve with the mustard Sauce made earlier

Garnish with fresh cut parsley
