Step 1
Whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and garlic in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil.
Step 2
Add up to 2 pounds steak to the marinade and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Bring the steak to room temperature and wipe off any excess marinade before cooking.
