Step 1

After the sea bass is cleaned, use kitchen paper to soak up the water. The back of the fish is blooming, the body of the fish is covered with salt, the belly is stuffed with green onion and white ginger, and the cooking wine is marinated for ten minutes.

Step 2

Prepare shredded green onions, carrots and goji berries for later use.

Step 3

Steam the steamer on high heat for 12 minutes, turn off the heat and let it out for a while, then pour out the steaming juice.

Step 4

Top with light soy sauce, top with shredded green onions, carrots and goji berries, and pour hot oil on it.
