Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Use a sharp knife to cut each wingette in half at the joint. Place in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the port, jam, sugar and oil and toss to evenly coat. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a large roasting pan.
Step 3
Roast in preheated oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until golden brown and sticky. Remove from oven.
Step 4
Arrange sticky chicken wings on a serving platter and serve immediately.
