Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced and line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine the honey, miso, mirin, orange rind, ginger and garlic in a small bowl. Season with pepper. Place drumsticks on lined tray. Pour over honey mixture. Toss to combine.
Step 2
Roast for 20 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Roast for a further 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with shallot and chilli, if using. Serve with steamed greens and rice, if desired.
