Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place drumettes in a Gefen Easy Baking Parchment-lined nine- by 13-inch baking tray.
Step 2
Mix honey, mustard, lemon juice, ketchup, paprika and salt in a small bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water, then add to sauce mixture and incorporate.
Step 4
Pour sauce over chicken and cook for 25-30 minutes.
